・第三者がNFTやYouTubeの素材を含む二次利用・素材としての利用
・無断転載、トレース、自作発言

万が一上記のような行為が発覚した場合は、使用権の請求や法的措置を取らせていただきます。
尚、管轄裁判所は名古屋地方裁判所とします。

尚現在までNFTやYouTube等に掲載許諾の実績はありません。
使用料は￥50,000/24Hourとなります。
使用料の発生はアップロード時まで遡及するものとします。

A:しません。アップロード時まで遡及した利用料金を請求します。

Q:今度あなたの絵を使ったMVを掲載する予定です。大丈夫でしょうか？
A:事前連絡であれば、私のどの絵が、どのシチュエーションで使われるのかをご相談ください。常識的な利用料を提示します。

Q:すみません、自分の絵だと偽って使ってしまいました。自首したので利用料は割引されますかね？
A:されません。きっちり利用料（￥50,000/24Hour）を支払ってもらいます。

I (Satsuki Iwamoto) strictly forbid all of the following.
・All illustrations (photos) posted by Satsuki Iwamoto are used without permission by a third party.
・Use and upload as materials for AI learning, such as automatic illustration creation
・Secondary use or use as materials by third parties including NFT and YouTube materials
・Unauthorized reproduction, tracing, self-made remarks

In the unlikely event that any of the above acts are discovered, we will claim the right to use or take legal action.
The court of jurisdiction shall be the Nagoya District Court.

To date, there is no track record of permission to post on NFT, YouTube, etc.
The usage fee is ¥50,000/24 hours.
Usage fees will be incurred retroactively to the time of upload.

A: No. You will be charged a usage fee retroactive to the time of upload.

Q: I’m planning to post a music video using your drawing next time. Are you okay?
A: If you contact us in advance, please let us know which of my drawings will be used in which situation. We offer a standard usage fee.

Q: I’m sorry, I misrepresented it as my own drawing and used it. Since I turned myself in, will the usage fee be discounted?
A: No. We will ask you to pay the exact usage fee (¥50,000/24Hour).
